The venue is just over 4200 square feet and was built(mostly) in 1921. It was added to in 1984 when it was moved to the current location. The ball room will fit 75 and 48 more in the cocktail room. There is also 2 living rooms, a dedicated buffet room, warming kitchen, space for a full commercial kitchen(just purchased a 13 foot vent/exhaust hood) a grooms cave, plus the Brides suite is over 1200 square feet and takes the entire second floor. There is a partial wrap around porch, and a cobble stone type patio with firepit.
It sets on 4.88 acres and is on a country road and setting, but less than 10 minutes from I40, 75 mins from Raleigh, 60 from Wilmington and 60 from Jacksonville North Carolina. I hate to sell it, but can’t make the time to run it properly. There are 100 indoor chairs, 100 outdoor chairs, 15 sixty inch round tables, 6 eight foot tables, 10 thirty inch round tables, newer vent hood that is not yet installed, 6 burner Garland stove, 2 three stage wash sinks a total of 4 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 5 sofas, 4 armchairs, 1 love seat and so much more.
