Discover elegance within a country setting at Cedar Deer Lodge. Sitting on 13 acres of gorgeous land, the lodge is full of rustic charm. Wagon wheel chandeliers, beautiful cedar interiors, and 50 ft. ceilings are featured inside the ultra-comfortable climate-controlled barn. Blend all this together with some local tradition accents, Cedar Deer Lodge is sure to provide a one-of-a-kind Oklahoma experience.
The interior of the barn spans 6,552 square feet. It features two full-length covered porches on the north and east sides, totaling approximately 2,000 square feet. This two-story barn includes separate women’s and men’s bathrooms downstairs, each with four stalls; the men’s bathroom also has two urinals. Adjacent to the men’s restroom is the groom’s room. Upstairs, the bridal suite comprises a lounge or bedroom, a preparation room furnished with chairs and mirrors, and access to a balcony where the bride and her party can savor the day. Additionally, there is a full-size bathroom with a shower and another space for getting ready.
Our venue features a 12 x 12 bar equipped with a built-in ice chest and a small sink. The lounge area provides a tranquil setting with a river rock fireplace, cowhide chairs, and a loveseat for relaxation. We offer four large TVs on which the bride can display a slideshow via a flash drive. Additionally, there are three small TVs located in the playroom, groom’s room, and bridal suite. The space is enhanced by a stereo system that includes eight speakers, both indoors and outdoors.
The north side was installed to allow caterers to pull around back, get right in the kitchen door and go unnoticed by our guests. The parking lot is big enough for up to 350 people and more room for overflow. We are also ground level for parking easily for handicaps. The kitchen is considered a catering kitchen, with a warming oven, 450# ice machine, and commercial 2 door refrigerator. There is 12 x 12 office off the kitchen that has water tank and washer, dryer, with shelving for supplies.
The east side is perfect for sitting outside during our beautiful Oklahoma sunsets while staying cool and shaded. It is perfect to have an outdoor wedding there, with a view of the pond. ( pond not included)
We have added a 40 x 60 lean to with 14’ceiling, big enough for 40’ travel trailer. There is a small storage shed to hold all of our decorations, with shelves. Plus we added 16’x12 pergola, to the ceremony site.
We are fully sprinkled and approved for 378 guest. All of this is up to date with fire marshall.
The sale of the barn will come complete with our inventory and it is turn key ready to take over the wedding business. The barn is a horse barn design and can convert to a horse barn easily and maybe apartments upstairs. The location is ideal for any kind of business, being that is so close to turnpike.
This is located on a paved road, right off Cimarron turnpike 412. There is a casino, restaurant, and convenient store located close by. Located between Stillwater, OK and Tulsa, OK.
We have lots of inventory, and upon request I can provide, or better yet come and view our beautiful rustic barn. WE opened in May 2018, but unfortunately due to health reasons, would like to enjoy life and sell our wedding venue.
