As many of you know properties are in high demand right now and Missy & Matt had lots of almost purchases before finding Hawks Point Acres. At one point they came very close to purchasing another property that did not have all the value they found with Hawks Point Acres. If you have ever tried to purchase property you know how frustrating and at times, heartbreaking the process can be. Especially when you are close to signing and the deal falls apart. This Madison County modern country wedding venue offers a beautiful wedding reception barn, acres of lovely meadow ceremony site and a charming farmhouse. The bride, bridal party, and family can enjoy a beautifully renovated farmhouse to get ready in and utilize during the hours leading up to the ceremony and reception. The farmhouse includes two dressing rooms for hair and makeup and wedding preparation. It also includes a cozy living room, kitchenette and bathroom. The groomsmen enjoy their own dedicated space with décor and furniture made for relaxing and having fun during those hours leading up to the ceremony and reception. Hawks Point Acres provides outside chairs for the ceremony at the white pergola and inside chairs and round 8-person tables for indoor barn receptions. there are benches and chairs around the property for guests to enjoy the serene setting. Guests love the propane fire table to gather around after the sun goes down. Wolf Point Acres offers onsite parking, which include ADA compliant spots and wheelchair accessibility to the barn and ceremony location. The Hawks Point Acres barn was built in 2016 and offers a 2,000 square foot main floor with a max capacity of 175 total people. In addition to the wedding reception barn and tree-covered 7 acres, some of the other amenities include: two indoor bathrooms, heating and air conditioning, three crystal chandeliers, twinkle lights, organza draping, numerous pieces of rustic décor such as wine barrels, crates, old doors, multiple wooden signs and chalkboard signs.
